Neptune Backflow Testing LLC

The State Safe Drinking Water Act requires the Water Purveyor to adequately protect and maintain the potable water supply so as to continuously provide safe water free from potential hazards to the health of the consumer. A "Certified Tester" is defined as any person holding an up-to-date backflow prevention assembly tester certification card issued by DHEC. Neptune Backflow, LLC is a Certified Tester that falls into the General tester classification. A "General Tester" is defined as any person eho has successfully completed an approved backflow training and certification course which is sponsored by or approved by DHEC and who has personal possession of a backflow prevention assembly test kit. This person provides the service of testing backflow assemblies to the general public.
