We are kicking off the week with our Memorial Day Murph workout…. Honoring Lt Michael Murphy and all of our fallen heroes. 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
❤️ Classes at 7:30am & 9:00am. ❤️ PLEASE sign up in the MINDBODY app! ❤️ Childcare is available. ❤️
Remember, this fully prescribed workout is very challenging for a reason. 💪🏻. But you can make it any level of challenging that YOU can do! You don’t have to do the full Murph… just come and honor fallen soldiers by participating with your family & friends. 🇺🇸❤️🤍💙. Trust me, you can do this! 🙌🏻

We are an official Hyrox Affiliate Training Club!!! 🙌🏻
So what does that mean?? …. That we are going to get Hyrox specific training programs & begin special training classes starting Saturday, May 30 at 6:30am!
Yes, that’s early, we know. 😜 But we get it in before the heat of the day and before our regular classes take place.

Our periodized training program is designed to continually challenge you & train your body in ways that you may not ever do on your own.
Each workout is purposely different… some will be a very high intensity while others may slow the pace for controlled, time under tension movements.
Trust. The. Process!

☀️We’ve been thru some tough days and weeks with this hypertrophy training session so we hope you’ve all felt the soreness, I.e. GAINS!! 😁💪🏻

☀️As we get into May, we will transition to HIIT/fat loss. May can be chaotic and challenging with schedules due to end of school, graduations/parties and summer fever kicking in!
