Happy Friday! Momma Lovey her two remaining babies, Ginger and Skip, are ready for their forever families to find them! Ginger (Tabico) and Skip (grey tabby with white) will be spayed and neutered Monday, completing their vetting. They are open for applications and will be available for adoption next weekend. Both kittens are super sweet and playful. They will do well in homes with other cats, dogs, or children.

Momma Lovey has completed all her vetting. She has been ready for her forever home for several weeks now but hasn’t had any interest. If you are looking for an adult cat that is loving and affectionate but also playful and still full of s***k, do not wait!! Lovey is all of those and more. At just a year+ old, she has been the best momma to her babies. She also adores her foster mom. Lovey will follow you everywhere and be ready to snuggle when you finally sit down. Adult cats are so much easier than kittens. They are already settled and their personalities have fully developed. You know exactly what you’re getting at adoption whereas with kittens, it takes longer for them to settle in.

All of our cats/kittens are raised in foster homes and have received full vetting prior to adoption. They’ve had 3 sets of vaccines, the rabies vaccine, tested for FIV and Feline Leukemia, dewormed, had a well visit with our veterinarian, are spayed/neutered and microchipped. All they lack is a family to love them forever. Please consider adding one these sweet babies, or any others in our rescue, to your family.

Zannie Zanderina and her food crusted nose. Little girl is growing like a w**d! 💕

This is Lucy, the sweet momma cat I trapped a few months back. I had been keeping her confined on my screened in porch in hopes of making her an outside cat on our property. However, with the rising temps and humidity last week, I decided to bring her inside. My heart couldn’t stand the thought of her being out in the heat.

She is now living in my kitten room and actually doing ok. She hides when she can but for the most part, she stays in the window seat or here on top of this cabinet. My plan is to keep working with her in hopes of taming her enough to be adoptable. She will eat Churu’s off my finger and tolerates us petting her. She only gives off small warning hisses and has never been aggressive. I believe with persistence and some work, we can turn her around. She is such a pretty girl. Her story is one that is still being written but I know it’s going to have a very happy ending!

This sweet boy is Griffin from last year. If you were with us then you may remember that he came to me after being found as a tiny kitten with his back leg wrapped in fishing line. Once the family that found him removed the line, they realized very quickly that his leg was severely injured. After weeks of our veterinarian and myself trying to save the leg, we finally realized it wasn’t possible. He had an amputation and never missed a beat!

His adopter took this picture the other day and shared it with me. I was immediately taken back to last year when this brave boy went through all he did and was strong and courageous in spite of it all. Griffin was truly the poster child for what a Mighty Miracles kitten resembled.

We love you sweet Griffin! Keep being the brave boy you’ve always been!

Ramona and Henry are an incredibly sweet brother-and-sister pair looking for a forever home together.

Their story began with heartbreak. As tiny kittens, their litter was accidentally run over by a mower, leaving Ramona and Henry as the only survivors. Having endured such trauma at a young age, they have formed an unbreakable bond and must be adopted together.

Just like the beloved storybook characters by Beverly Cleary, Henry is the adventurous one who likes to take charge. He’s confident, curious, and loves sitting on his foster mom’s shoulder so he can keep an eye on everything happening around him.

Ramona is a little different from her literary namesake. Rather than being the mischievous little sister, she’s a gentle soul who can be shy when meeting new people. Once she feels comfortable, her playful side shines through. She loves chasing crinkle balls and is always happy to curl up for a cozy nap after playtime.

Together, they are affectionate, playful, and full of personality. They have been through so much and are now ready to find a family that will love them for the rest of their lives.

Ramona and Henry are fully vetted and ready to go home. If you’re looking for a pair of kittens who will bring double the love, these two may be the perfect match.

Our last two bobtail babies are still waiting for their forever families to find them! At just 4 months old, Sage (brown striped tabby) and Rowan (grey tabby with white) are already BIG boys. If you love huge, bobtail cats, don’t wait any longer. These boys will be both of those. Here is a brief description of each boy’s personality from their foster mom!

Rowan:
Rowan has the cutest little puff tail and loves to play. A string or wand toy will bring him running! His quiet meow lets you know he wants love (or food!). He’s sweet and enjoys playing with other cats, is good with children, and would likely warm up to dogs.

Sage:
Sage is a round ball of soft fluff with the cutest bobtail! His quiet meows let you know he wants some cuddles. He’s very playful and loves any string or spring toy. He also loves other cats, children, and likely would be a good little brother to dogs as well!

The brothers are not bonded. They can be adopted together of separate. We would love for them to find their homes soon, while they still appear to be kittens!! Application link below! 👇
