Currently in the studio... I've been using birds in my work to represent the idea of freedom. Freedom from expectations and judgements, to be your colorful self, to fly.

Currently in the studio... I'm playing with the idea of breaking out, coming out, and tearing away the layers of what we all hide behind or armor ourselves in to find the true, authentic self beneath.

Two figures share a single visual language of color and form, suggesting that what appears separate may in fact be deeply connected. The composition reflects the human tendency to divide the world into opposing sides, while the vibrant harmony of the painting hints at a deeper unity beneath those divisions. Transcendence emerges when we recognize the humanity reflected in another and allow compassion to bridge the distance.
