Even with the crazy heat and bugs like I've never seen before in mid florida, I'm still getting some beautiful blooms out of my garden.

1st time back in Key West in 3 years, I caught some lobster and speared hogfish. Made brunch for friends we're staying with, panko, cashew encrusted lobster and hogfish bites, Atlantis House favorite cold lobster with tomato and Kayla's special sauce, fruit salad and pineapple from my garden. Yum!

We went snorkeling at Salt Springs, located in the Ocala National Forest in Florida, which was once believed to be the Fountain of Youth. The water had a high salt content and maintained a constant temperature of 74 degrees year-round, slightly warmer than other local springs. As we dove down into the spring heads, we saw blue crabs lining the stone walls and large mullet circling us, reminiscent of coral formations.
