Crispy Tempura-Fried Shrimp paired with a refreshing Yuzu Mousseline, garnished with Micro Cilantro and Fried Jalapeños.

Tonight, while the storm was raging, I elected to make Curry Katsu Lollipop Wings, serving them with Jasmine rice.

You can find me working diligently on the back line at Dragonfly Robata Grill & Sushi from Wednesday to Sunday. Our hours of operation are 5PM-10PM from Sunday to Thursday and 5PM-11PM on Fridays and Saturdays. Join us for Happy Hour from 5PM-7PM.
