Took two gallons on my Nigerian dwarf goats milk to make some cheese this evening! Anyone make other types of cheeses? I need some beginner level ideas and recommendations to start growing our cheese cache

Two bucklings born this morning! Beautiful gold healthy boys, will be sold as bottle babies together and ready for their new home the first weekend in June.

I’m completely lost in the list of interest I had, so if you’re ready for two baby goat kids let me know. They’ll need to be bottle fed 3x a day (and I’ll help you on what you’ll need and what to do)

OR can be sold WITH the MOTHER to continue being dam raised, with the potential to milk her. She needs work! Handling and on the milking stand as this is her first time in milk. Mother is ADGA registered, 4-h kid can show her this year in milk as a first freshener. Her utters and t***s look correct (very nice), as well as strong top line and good overall body. I really like her structure, good rump width and not sloped.

Looking for a reliable, routine-committed person to milk 5 Nigerian Dwarf dairy goats for 7 consecutive days while I am away.

When: June 14–21 *one visit per day* please make sure you can commit to the same time each day (+\- 2 hours)
Payment: No cash payment. This is an exchange for experience and 6-7 gallons of goat's milk.
Experience: Not necessary! I will train you on everything before I leave.
How: You can milk by hand or use our milking machine (simple pulse).
The Perk: You keep the entire week's yield of fresh, raw milk (about 1 gallon per day).

This is a fantastic opportunity for an aspiring homesteader, crafter, or someone wanting to see if goats/milk is for them before making the commitment.

You must be dependable, as the goats rely on a strict daily schedule!
