CrossFit is an intense, no-nonsense, exercise program rapidly growing into a sport phenomenon around the world. The highly challenging workout of the day (WOD) allows those with a competitive nature to compete and compare their scores, or just track your own personal performance and fitness gains. Either way, you will achieve a sense of accomplishment that prepares you for many physical or mental challenges you may encounter in life.

For ages 4 – 12, e8 kids classes are all about building a solid foundation of fitness skills and proper form to build off of as they grow into amazing young athletes – NOT CURRENTLY SCHEDULED
e8 Yoga- not currently scheduled
e8 Endurance- Whether you’re training for a race or just want to work on your cardio, our endurance classes are sure to help you reach your goals. These workouts are a bit longer, but always scalable to whatever your capabilities. Sat 9:15 am, free for members and non-members.
