Edwards Cancer Center at Colquitt Regional is now offering High Dose Radiation Brachytherapy to treat cervical, skin, and other types of cancer. HDR Brachytherapy is a method of delivering radiation directly to the cancer site. This advanced cancer therapy is an outpatient procedure that allows for fewer side effects, fewer treatment, and overall less widespread exposure to radiation.
