๐ฑ Vendor Spotlight: Runner Bean Ranch ๐ฑ
Located in Palouse, WA, Runner Bean Ranch offers a 22-week CSA (mid-May through October) filled with a rotating variety of seasonal produce grown right here in the Palouse. Throughout the season you can expect garlic, walnuts, and plenty of fresh herbs like cilantro, parsley, sage, rosemary, thyme, basil, and marjoram.
Your share will also include a mix of fresh greens, salad mix, spinach, kale (just enough!), cabbages, and choi, along with root vegetables like beets, turnips, radishes, carrots, onions, and garlic. As the season rolls on, look for cucumbers, roma tomatoes, peppers, squash, zucchini, beans, and possibly eggplant, melons, or moreโplus seasonal fruits like strawberries, raspberries, and tart cherries.
