Organizacion de Estudiantes Latino Americanos Organizacion de Estudiantes Latino Americanos (O.E.L.A.)

is a student organization at the University of Idaho dedicated to the recruitment and retention of Latino/a students. Our primary focus is to help guide members to become successful in college and ensure that they continue on to graduate from U of I. One of O.E.L.A’s signature event is the Vandal Challenge Leadership Conference. This four day conference is designed to help Latino high school students pursue higher education.
