Sauced is a globally inspired taqueria and chip shop, selling fries and tacos smothered in our signature sauces. We are alternative food lifestyle friendly, catering to a variety of food restrictions and choices such as: vegan, gluten free, vegetarian, dairy free, nut free, egg free, soy free, dye free, etc! Our owners/chefs are all students at the University of Idaho! Real food. Real fun. Real community.

Someone or something stole our sign, but just so you all know, we're still open for business!!
If you see our sign, let us know. It's about a six foot long chartreuse green vinyl banner.
Nothing wraps up syllabus week like getting sauced! ;) We're open till 3:00am tonight.
