Alright people whoever is interested. I will be putting on a self defense, knife and gun defense seminar the weekend of June 3 and 4th. I know this is short notice. The seminar is $100 for the entire weekend. If you are interested contact me 208 301 3498 class space is limited to around 16 people. So signing up and paying for the class will reserve your spot. This is a fundraiser for my daughter's graduation trip...so the seminar is for a great cause :)

For anyone interested. We have started a self defense class in the mornings. It is from 6 am to 7 am and runs Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. If you have questions please call or message us. Thank you.

Krav people'z February will be the last month we are at the gym. I will be converting my garage into a gym. Nothing will change except the reliability of the class and location. I will need help relocating and set up if anyone is interested in helping. That fast I get the done the less down time we will have for class.

Classes are still going. Monday through Friday depending on what your interested in. Self defense classes are Tuesday Wednesday Thursday 530. Contact me for more information.
