One image is dealling with basic Hate compared to the BLM movement which is dealing with injustice. These images are an example of Social Judgment Theory. The first image agrees that all lives matter although blacks are the ones being targeted. The second image says all lives matter but whites aren't the ones dealing with the same things blacks go through.
