The Point

This past Saturday, we (The Point) did a service project helping out with Ryan Foster . . .

We had a great time and helped install 12 raised garden beds!

ESCAPE THE POINT!

We meet at Trinity at 5:15p and travel to Escape Town Peoria. Our escape rooms start at 6pm. We will hang out for about an hour or so after the escape room and be back at Trinity by 8:30p

The cost for this event: $20 (payable to Trinity Church)

Moving back to the youth room for tonight!

Jr. and Sr. High Students . . . This Wednesday (3/3) is our DINNER WITH JESUS night. Even if you haven't been to THE POINT before or in a while . . . all are welcome!

We will rearrange the youth room to allow for tables and chairs as we have a real meal together. We do this each month on the first Wednesday of the month to help us create community and relationship in our group.

To make sure we have enough food for everyone, we ask all our reguar youth to bring something . . . we still need a couple side dishes and a dessert or two . . . sign up here:

SERVICE OPPORTUNITY!

This Saturday (May 30) we are going to help Gordon and Maryanne Schwenk with some yard work (leaves, sticks, clean-up, etc.). Please meet Eric at the church in the youth room at 8:00 AM and we will drive over to the Schwenk's together.

If we get good turn-out of people, it should only take 3-4 hours to get the work done!

The Point Summer plan is really taking shape. The Point leadership team has created a full schedule for June through August.

Our riddle for the week . . .

A Quiet POINT . . .

This Wednesday (5/13) we are spending some time slowing down and quieting our spirits . . . We will affirm and encourage one another in the middle of this particularly busy season of the year! We will spend time praying together . . .

Then we will spend time playing together!
