The Forever Strong program focuses on building the kind of strength that supports real life.

This specialized training program helps improve:

• Mobility and joint health
• Confidence in movement

Our workouts are designed around real-life movements, such as lifting, reaching, carrying, stepping, and stabilizing your body during everyday activities.

About Us
Together, my husband and I bring over 60 years of combined training experience working with people of all ages and abilities.
In addition to decades of professional training experience, I also bring a deep personal understanding of rehabilitation. After a spinal cord injury and four hip surgeries—including a hip replacement—I learned firsthand how important strength, balance, and proper movement are for recovery and long-term health.
Those experiences shaped the way we train today. Our focus is on safe, intelligent training that helps people move better, feel stronger, and stay independent.
Because strength isn’t just about the gym.
It’s about staying Forever Strong for life.

Join us in an 25 session program starting when it’s convenient for you. The cost is $600.00 You can come three times a week or two times a week. Your workouts will be tailored around your injuries and ailments.

Morton and Peoria Training Domain’s “SPRING INTO SUMMER” Weight Challenge starts Monday April 24!!!! No time to think about it. Just do it! Call Mark or I to set it up. Marnie 309-370-2992. Mark 309-657-8590. 

Rules

• Training Domain is hosting an 8-week challenge beginning week of April 24 going through June 16
Challenge is for all new or current Training Domain members only
o To enter, sign up & pay $100 cash at first weigh-in during week of April 24-28

• Two categories - male & female
o Male winner wins 85% of male pot & female winner wins 85% of female pot
o 2nd place gets 15% of their category’s allotted pot
o Winners announced Friday, June 16

• Weight loss formula: pounds lost divided by starting weight x 100
o If a tie, contestant with least amount of times paying weekly $5 dues will win
o If still a tie, then contestant who lost most pounds wins. Marnie is final judge

• During week of April 24-28, all contestants must weigh-in with Marnie, Clay, or Kaden
o If choosing Monday to weigh-in, then must weigh every Monday during entire challenge, choose Tuesday to weigh-in then must weigh-in every Tuesday, etc
o Time of weigh-in must be within a 2-hour range & stay consistent throughout
o No shoes can be worn during weigh-ins & must wear similar clothing for weigh days. Participants can never weigh themselves

• Participants MUST be present on their specific weigh day & cannot alter day of weigh-in
o If no show, oversleep, or do not attend weigh-in you automatically pay $5 to pot
o If gain weight from previous week’s weigh-in you automatically owe $5 to pot
o All dues must be paid prior to the next week’s weigh-in; failure to pay $5 dues results in being disqualified from having chance to win
o All payments to enter challenge & weekly dues must be made in cash

• Participants must stay committed throughout the entirety of the challenge
o There are no refunds; if you mentally lose interest you must still pay your weekly dues for missed weigh-ins through the week of June 16
o Crazy weight loss regimes, diet or water pills, appetite suppressants, metabolism enhancers, etc., are prohibited for this challenge
o Good food choices, showing up to the gym, and self-discipline are the keys to your long-term success

• This is a friendly competition to help motivate current members to get back on track and to encourage new members. We’re here to support you & want you to succeed
o The best investment you can make is in yourself!!!
