🥂 Perfect for Pride, the Pink Pony Club mocktail from Blair Horton is a delightful fruity mocktail full of flavor and fun and looks beautiful to boot. This mocktail combines a plethora of delicious fruity juices and syrups and is garnished by a lovely grapefruit zest rim with dried rose petals and flaky sea salt. Sport this lovely mocktail alongside either or both of our West Loop Charcuterie Board or Gourmet Vegetable Crudité with hummus – perfect for open grazing and mingling amongst your guests. 🐴

🍸 Ingredients:

For mocktail:
🧃 2 ½ oz grapefruit juice
🍯 ¾ oz rosemary thyme syrup
🍯 ¾ oz dragon fruit syrup
🍋‍🟩 ½ oz lime juice
💧 2 oz sparkling water
🍊 1 grapefruit slice, for garnish
 
For rim:
🍊 Grapefruit zest
🌹 Dried rose petals
🌊 Flaky sea salt

🎬 Directions:
Combine grapefruit juice, rosemary thyme syrup, dragon fruit syrup, and lime juice in a shaker over ice and shake well. Rim a rocks glass with lime juice followed by dipping it into the combination of grapefruit zest, dried rose petals, and flaky sea salt. Strain mixture into the rimmed glass over ice and top with sparkling water. Garnish with a grapefruit slice if desired.

💍 Before Spring comes to an end, we wanted to take another look at Nicole & Xaiver’s wedding day from May at Rockwell On The River! From the callayilies and orchids to the stunning greenery and disco balls decorating the space, we hope each guest was dazzled and delighted by the transformed venue and of course the cuisine that we served! Again, shoutout to the incredible vendor team that helped bring each component together! 💞

🍅 Into week three, our garden continues to flourish! What a difference three weeks can make ~ our tomatoes have really started to sprout alongside our basil and mint! Our Snapdragons are getting taller inch by inch and fern is slowly but steadily growing. Watch the magic happen close up ~ science really is beautiful! ☀️

🍽️ We had a marvelous time helping bring the Queen of All Saints Basilica’s United Parish Program Gala to life last month! With a larger-than-life tent and mouth-watering cuisine, the evening was full of light and joy! Some delicious items on the menu were our Mediterranean Salad and Gourmet All-Beef Cocktail Frank hors d'oeuvres! We hope everyone enjoyed their meals, the wonderful weather, and all that the gala had to offer. ✨
