Work schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm (overtime anticipated)

This is a temp-to-hire role!

Job duties:

- Receive orders and unloaded packages
- Properly store materials in warehouse
- Document and manage inventory
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Handle incoming and outgoing merchandise
- Prepare outgoing shipments
- Assist in a variety of other warehouse duties

Occasional heavy lifting required.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Successfully completes training to become knowledgeable about the waste services industry and Republic Services processes, services and policies.
• Responds in a timely and accurate manner to customer service calls, ensuring that service issues and concerns are treated in a respectful and professional manner.
• Effectively responds to routine issues regarding residential and commercial service matters, which may involve outbound calls and other communications to resolve service inquiries and equipment issues.
• Returns all internal and external calls, emails and faxes in a timely manner to ensure that customers concerns are understood, addressed and resolved in an efficient and complete manner.
• Receives and reviews individual performance metric reports and action plans with manager to understand individual performance.
• Enters service data into computer.
• Logs information about customer service interactions into systems; updates information in a timely and accurate manner in order for associates to able to track service inquiries and resolution.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned or apparent.

Nightshift: 6pm - 6am - $10.30/hr-11.30/hr

This is a rotating schedule, which means you will be working 3-4 nights per week. This is why you have to be available to work any day of the week - you will be working every other weekend. You can work as much overtime as you get approved for.

This position is a temp-to-hire position and may convert into a permanent position after proven attendance and performance at a certain point in time - this is accompanied by a considerable pay increase and eligibility for company benefits.

- Highschool Diploma or GED
- 18+ years old
- Availability to work any night of the week - rotating schedule
