AirBnB Investment !!!
We looked at 22 properties.
Physically visited 19 homes.
Rejected most of them.
Some had poor layout.
Some needed heavy rehab.
Some simply didnโt make sense from an ROI or holding-period standpoint.
Thatโs the reality of STR / AirBnB investing.
