Hey everyone!
Unfortunately, I will be closing down for now.
It was definitely not in my plan, but we are just going with God's plan.
We will be moving soon and then I'm having a baby. I'd like to open up again when we get settled after that, but we will see where God leads.
Thank you everyone. I so enjoy baking and making elderberry syrup for you all.
Good morning. You may have noticed I haven't been posting as much lately.
We have had some family matters come up. Many different things going on that are preventing me from keeping on top of making any products right now or even attending markets like I wanted to.
I'm sorry for any inconvenience but until further notice, I won't be able to fill orders so I do not want to take them if I know I can't manage to fill them.
I do have a few teas already made up for sale but I won't be able to make anything more right now. I ask for your understanding and patience as we go through this difficult time. 🥰

Our Spring edition is over for the season!
We have some leftover Spring Elderberry Syrup that will still be fresh for a few more weeks at 50 per.cent off!
You can use the site to order.
And remember we always have our fresh traditional ElderberrySyrup!
It's important to drink water, but did you know water without some electrolytes is useless when it comes to hydration? We need both!
Unfortunately sports drinks contain lab created vitamins, sugar and usually artificial dyes (although you can find some without dyes now)
Our body does need a healthy sugar for electrolytes, not processed white sugar.
Adding some fruit, cucumbers, ginger, herbs, to your water can all be beneficial and flavorful.
Some combos can be strawberry basil, lemon lavender, Raspberry lemon, ginger and orange or orange juice, etc
You can also make an electrolyte drink with a real whole fruit juice, pinch of salt, ginger, and cream of tartar!
Of course include foods like melons and other fruits throughout the day!
Stay hydrated!
Are you staying hydrated this summer?
Did you know many foods and herbs have electrolytes? No need for Gatorade which has artificial dyes and other extra ingredients.
I'll share more later about how you can incorporate these botanicals into your home!!

Did you know many foods and herbs in your home may have some medicinal properties?
For example, fresh garlic *I mean who DOESNT have garlic?!* has natural antibacterial, antiviral, and antifungal properties. It also may help work as a decongestant.
It also may help balance blood sugar and promote a healthy heart.
Some research suggests it may help the body detox and be good for liver function too.
What's not to love about garlic?
We cook with it, crush it and swallow with water, and also use in an ointment for a chest and foot rub too.
