Thrice Spice is my personal fave ! 💚 I'm not a fan of spicy foods but I loooove these peppery greens 🌱
What do these 3 have in common? All are a source of vitamin K, C, & A, folate, manganese, fiber, protein, (and more !)
What sets them apart?
•Radish has a high glucosinolate concentrate which makes these an anti-cancer food and protects against chemical carcinogens
•Mustard has many antioxidants like beta carotene which protects your skin and lowers risk factors of diabetes
•Cress may protect against toxins such as aluminum by helping protect the liver and kidneys

Bruschetta burger with pea microgreen pesto and caramelized onion jam from Its a Jam Shame 🤤🍔💜
We mixed the jam and some garlic in with the burger patty and topped with bruschetta, pesto, and cheese. Serve with home made fries and you've got a yummy dinner you can feel good about eating!
Pea shoot pesto! Here is one of many ways to use your microgreens 🌱
Recipe
2oz of peashoot Microgreens
4 cloves of garlic (up to you how much)
1/2 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup pepitas (or roasted pine nuts)
1/2 cup olive oil
Optional salt and pepper
1. In a blender add all of your ingredients and blend into a spreadable paste
2. Adjust flavors- you can add salt, pepper, olive oil, and more lemon juice to reach the consistency you desire!
3. Enjoy immediately or store in an airtight, sterilized container in the fridge for 5 days!

Microgreens can be added to any salad or even be the main base of one 🌱 I made a quick to-go salad right in the container by adding some of my favorite toppings 🥗 such a yummy lunch! 💜
