A big thank you to Kyle Sulzberger of Dibble Enterprises for providing our students with an incredible tour and presentation this morning.

Students gained valuable insight into both the propane and trucking sides of the business, and how the two operations work together to keep things running smoothly. It was a great real-world look at how different parts of a company coexist and support one another.

We truly appreciate the time and effort spent investing in our students' learning expereience!

On Tuesday, our students had the opportunity to visit True North for an engaging presentation on starting and running a small business.

A huge thank you to Stacey, Erik, and Madonna for sharing their inspiring stories, experiences, and insights. Your passion and real-world advice made a lasting impact on our students and gave them a deeper understanding of what it takes to turn an idea into a sucessful business.

Earlier this morning, the Entrepreneurship class visited Dawn Maffeo, owner of Homestead Refillery. She shared her journey of launching her business in downtown Morris, including the type of business she operates and the purpose behind it. Dawn provided strong motivation for students, encouraging them to pursue their goals of one day starting their own businesses. As a follow-up to the visit, students will design and produce t-shirts for her store to sell in celebration of Earth Day.

Last Friday the Entrepreneurship class visited Simian Brothers to observe and learn the screen printing process. Simian Brothers partnered with Field Day to produce the winning t-shirt design created by Morris High School senior Brodie Peterson. This experience provided students with exposure to an alternative apparel production method beyond what is taught in the classroom.
