"YAH's Will Be Done"

Acts 21:13-14 reminds us of Paul's unwavering devotion to YAH's purpose. Paul knew that suffering and imprisonment awaited him in Jerusalem. Those who loved him pleaded with him not to go, hoping to spare him from pain. Yet Paul was determined to obey because he knew it was YAH's will.

None of us naturally desire hardship or suffering. However, true faithfulness places obedience above personal comfort. Our desire to please YAH should be greater than our desire to avoid difficulties. When we are committed to following His will, we must be willing to accept whatever comes with that calling—even when the path includes sacrifice, opposition, or pain.

Paul understood that obedience was worth any cost. His companions eventually recognized this and responded, "The will of YAH be done."

May we have the same heart—trusting YAH's wisdom, surrendering our own desires, and remaining faithful no matter where His path leads.
