I recently learned that tears of gratitude and tears of sorrow and grief have an entirely different chemical composition. I find that amazing. The past few months in my process of pulling back layers of myself, i’ve found myself crying tears of gratitude. Gratitude for all the synchronicites reminding me that i’m on the right path. Gratitude for some amazing people that are being magnetically pulled into my life. Gratitude for knowing that the Universe is taking care of me on levels that I never thought possible. I feel so loved and cared for. Sometimes I feel like the luckiest man in the world. This is the medicine and the energy that I carry and will bring forth through music, sound, and dance.
