We will be closed on Monday due to inclement weather this weekend. If we are unable to get our parking lot cleared, we may also need to close on Tuesday. We will let all scheduled patients know in advance if we are canceling on Tuesday. Sorry for the inconvenience, but no one should get hurt coming to therapy. Stay safe and warm.🥶

And lastly, due to a slight increase in some of our operational costs, such as our laundry and therapy supplies (k-tape, leukotape etc.) we are increasing our self pay rate for the first time in several years! Effective January 1, 2026 our self pay rate is $120/visit.

More insurance info changes for 2026. Up next is AETNA STATE HEALTH PLAN for state employees. The CPP program is gone as of January 1, 2026. Depending on the type of plan you have, your copays will increase as follows:
80/20 plans will be a $42. copay a visit
70/30 plans will be a $62. copay a visit.

As we are approaching the end of the year, it is time for your reminders for insurance changes for 2026.

First up is Medicare. The annual Medicare deductible is $283. For budgeting convenience for our patients we are happy to break that down into 3 installments on your first 3 visits of $94/visit.
For folks with Medicare & supplement plans, most supplements don’t cover the deductible. Please check your plans to know if you need to pay deductible.
For folks with Medicare Advantage plans, the deductible does not apply to you.
Regarding Medicare Advantage, we can no longer accept Humana HMO-D-SNP plans. We will remain out-of-network with Humana and can accept Humana Advantage HMO or PPO plans, but no SNP. Please review your Medicare plan benefits carefully before scheduling!
