I left the yard for ONE senior citizen stroll in Walt Arney Road in Lenoir and suddenly I’m in the back of an animal control truck like a hardened criminal.

In my defense:

* I was following a smell from 2007
* My knees only work downhill
* I forgot where I lived halfway through the mission

The nice humans said I was “wandering aimlessly.”
Excuse me?? I was conducting neighborhood security checks and searching for dropped snacks.

Now I’m here resting my hips, demanding soft blankets, and pretending I can’t hear anyone unless they mention treats.

If my family is looking for me, tell them I regret nothing… except maybe trying to outrun animal control with arthritis.
