Ignore This: Cut All Sugar from Your Diet
While most people benefit from lessening their sugar intake (I.e., diabetics) going completely sugar-free isn’t necessary to lose, or maintain your weight and good health.
When you go totally sugar-free, you often skip out on fruits too, which an deplete you of vital and key nutrients. Naturally occurring sugars in fruits, vegetables, dairy, starch, and other carb sources are a vital part of a balanced diet.
You don’t have to eliminate sugars from your diet totally; therefore, enjoy foods like desserts, flavored yogurt, and other foods you enjoy in moderation. It’s true these foods shouldn’t make up the majority of your diet, but they’re fine in moderation.
Extreme restriction of any food is likely going to make you think about it all day; this, causing you to binge and over consume. So you enjoy sugar from natural sources such as fruit most of the time, then enjoy that once-in-a-while slice of cake or whatever treat you prefer without guilt or self sabotage!

Consuming/eating more than 30+ grams of protein in one sitting/meal won’t give your muscles any extra building blocks. If your muscles receive more than 35 grams of protein in a single meal, they already have more than enough for what they need to repair or rebuild. That means that excess protein you consume will either go to other parts of your body as storage, or into the toilet. Space out your meals 1.5-2 hours apart if consuming protein is your goal to fully utilize your protein intake!

Decided to fix a healthy ground turkey parmesan wrap (4 bet carbs tortilla)…
Ingredients:lean ground turkey, medium onion, chopped spinach, tomato sauce,low fat Greek yogurt, parmesan, oregano, chili powder, paprika, onion powder, salt,& pepper (approximately 350 kcals 30g carbs, 35g protein, 13g fat)
