🛫✈In a busy migratory corridor, wildlife biologists and mission partners keep the flightline safe through the Bird/Wildlife Aircraft Strike Hazard (BASH) program.

🐦 60 raptors humanely relocated in 2025
📉 Bird strikes reduced from 55 → 8
⚠️ Every mitigation = safer takeoffs, stronger readiness

Because protecting the mission means sharing the sky 🦅💪

🎯✈️Earlier this year, a key change strengthened how we train for the fight ahead.

U.S. Air Force Gen. Ken Wilsbach approved the reassignment of our remotely piloted aircraft school house, under Air Combat Command, aligning training with the command responsible for combat airpower.

“This is the first step in optimizing how we train for the challenges of modern warfare,” Wilsbach said, emphasizing faster readiness and a tighter link between training and frontline tactics.

⛽🔧 Behind every mission-ready MQ-9 Reaper is a team of maintainers willing to go where the job demands, including spaces few people could fit into.

After identifying a fuel leak, these Airmen combined technical expertise, strict safety procedures, and teamwork to return the aircraft to operational status. ✈️💪
