The 2024 Annual Meeting & Election is scheduled for February 22, 2024.

MEETING DETAILS
· Date and Time: Wednesday, February 22, 2024, 6:00 pm
· Polls Open: 5:00 pm – 6:00 pm
· Purpose: Members to vote on three ballot items
· Location: In-person at SRPCA Clubhouse (23600 Sunnymead Ranch Pkwy) and via Zoom

Homeowners will be presented with the following three (3) ballot items:

Director Vacancy: Homeowners will elect two (2) seats to the Board of Directors. The two (2) candidates receiving the highest number of votes will each receive a two (2) year term of office.

IRS Revenue Ruling 70-604: Homeowners will vote on whether to apply any excess member income (as defined by IRS code) to the following year’s budget.

2023 Annual Meeting Minutes: Homeowners will vote to accept the 2023 Annual Meeting Minutes.
