The goal of the Cody Barrasse Memorial Foundation is to keep Cody’s fiery spirit alive in our community through the promotion of organ donor awareness and to raise money for a full scholarship at Scranton Preparatory School in Cody's name.
It’s been 13 years since we said our final goodbyes to Cody. We want to take time and remember his final selfless act of donating his organs.

Toyota of Scranton is proud to provide our continued support to The Cody Barrasse Foundation. The annual 3 v 3 tournament will be held at Scranton Prep on Saturday, August 9th, 2025 and there will also be an evening event at the Scranton Cultural Center, Continuing Cody's Commitment to celebrate the life of Cody and to support organ donation awareness in our community.

Join us for the Cody Memorial 3-on-3 Basketball Tournament at Scranton Prep’s Xavier Center — a day to honor Cody’s fierce, competitive spirit on and off the court.
Divisions for all ages – from 5th grade to adults
Each team receives a free t-shirt, lunch, and is guaranteed at least 3 games
Games begin at 8 AM | Start times will be shared the day before
