Our delrin packers are laser cut in a variety of inner diameters and thicknesses. These packers are used to alter the engagement point of the bump stop to the shock.

Designed to replace the eyelet jam nut for the Penske 7150 shock with .500" shafts; this gives the bump stop system a wide base to sit on. Only needed when running bump stops.

These V-Jaws are a must for any shock builder. Holds the shock shaft horizontally or vertically up to 16mm/.625" diameter. Spring loaded so they will stay in the vise when not in use.

The RES foam 5150 / 5153 Series bump stops come with a .500" or .625" ID and a 2" OD and are offered in heights of 1/4", 1/2", 3/4", 1" and 1.5" to meet most packaging needs. With these foam stops, the first ~50% of travel is fairly linear, before turning progressive after that point. Offered in four densities - SOFT (RED), MED (WHITE), HARD (BLUE) and X HARD (BLACK) and color coded for easy reference.

The Apollo Series bump stops were intentionally designed to generate more hysteresis in the system resulting in a lower dynamic platform. The Apollos have less initial force followed by a very linear curve.
