Are you a hard-working, fun-loving, puzzle-junkie who enjoys crafting an exceptional customer experience and helping your team do the same? We are looking for a qualified individual who loves doing what we do as much as our guests love them!
As an operations manager, you will be able to:
• Provide exceptional customer experience in-person and on the phone; and guide team members to do the same.
• Organize and manage day-to-day operations.
• Complete and/or coordinate facility maintenance and repair.
• Be self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Quickly adapt to unanticipated challenges with minimal impact to operations.
• Work weekends and holidays.
As a stand-out applicant, you may also have experience with:
• Training and guiding teammates or direct reports to excel in their roles.
• Managing and scheduling resource availability.
• Providing customer service for escalated cases in an entertainment, hospitality, or retail environment.
• Setup, repair, or maintenance of props, themed décor, and A/V or security systems.
• Development and creation of engaging social media and marketing content.
• Providing memorable experiences to guests celebrating a special occasion such as birthday parties, corporate events, and anniversaries.
Additional duties involving staff, operations, and facilities will be required as needed.
