Catering we did today...Cherry glazed grilled chicken breast with green beans and macaroni and cheese!!!!

Some dishes that were done this past weekend... Banana pudding, baked lasagna, breakfast quiche pie(was delicious), 60 wing platter(catered this) and slow smoked pull pork platter with buns & Barque sauce(catered also) Call us if u need a caterer!!!!

Some dishes that were prepared this past Saturday and Sunday!!!! Chicken wings, beef hot dogs, neck bones plate, beef tips plate and fried chicken plate(dark and white meat) vegetable soup

Today’s plates were meat loaf, roast with rice, potatoes and carrots, beef liver, sides where Mac and cheese, cabbage and potato salad

Chicken Parmesan, Shrimp and Grits and Chicken and Waffles coming soon to the menu!!!!!

Today’s plates are Hamburger Steak with onions and peppers, Fried Pork Chop and sides are Mac and cheese, broccoli and cheese, rice and gravy and homemade mashed potatoes.. All plates are 7.50, extra side is 1.50 and we also have a Pork Chop sandwich with lettuce and tomatoes for 3.50 dessert is Apple pie for 2.50!!!
