Any Item not picked up 30 days after the first notification of its availability, will be charges a storage fee of $75.00 per month.

Any item not picked up after 90 days from the first notification of its availability, will be considered abandoned and full forfeiture of ownership of the item. (At least 3 attempts will be made via phone or email during this time and a certified letter shall be sent to the address on file prior to the end date for any item that has a value of $300.00 or more )

Denied Background Check: IF an item cannot be transferred due to a denial of the background check, the item shall be held for an additional 90 days, or longer if prior arrangements have been made but not to exceed 180 days, before considering the item and full forfeiture of ownership of the item. (Communication is the responsibility of the applicant/transferee during this timeframe.)

We will never forget this day. And for those who may not know - it was an OHP Trooper who arrested Timothy McVeigh. Charlie Hanger pulled over McVeigh on I-35 in Noble County and arrested him. McVeigh was still in the Noble County jail two days later when the FBI identified him as a suspect in the bombing.
