TLC Parts & Service is looking for a professional, organized, and customer-focused individual to join our growing team as an Automotive Customer Service Advisor.

This position plays a critical role in creating an exceptional customer experience by helping customers after the sale, coordinating repairs, managing service appointments, and ensuring concerns are handled quickly and professionally.

💰 Compensation: $42,000 - $54,000 Per Year

What You'll Do:
✅ Manage customer after-sale concerns and "we-owes"
✅ Coordinate repairs and service appointments
✅ Communicate with customers throughout the repair process
✅ Work closely with our Sales, Service, and Parts departments
✅ Support technician productivity and service operations
✅ Build long-term customer relationships

Responsibilities Include:

✅ Returning parts
✅ Lot organization and management

Requirements:

✔ Ability to pass a drug test
✔ Attention to detail
✔ Tech savvy and comfortable using recon apps on your personal smartphone

✔ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
