The doors are made out of 12 gauge steel and have a cross break on the top to keep water from settling. The price range is $1100 - $2000.

They also have a lftbeam door assist that makes the door as weightless as possible. It depends on the size of the door and how far we have to go to install it.

We replace doors big and small! This is one of the larger doors. It measured about 40 x 90. It was a very heavy door but our lift assists made it virtually weightless. My grandfather designed and patented the Liftbeam Door Assist in the 1960’s.

Drove out to Tulsa and Sapulpa yesterday with my brother and son. This is the one in Sapulpa (I forgot to take pics of the Tulsa door). They both turned out great!

We made the trip out to Broken Arrow today. It fit and worked out perfectly.

This is one of the bigger doors that we build. It’s a little over 3 feet wide and 8.5 feet long. We had to attach two liftbeams to it.

There is a Liftbeam door assist attached to these as well. It makes the door virtually weightless. Also, the white caulking is clear after it dries. These two pictures are each at a different location but the door is the same size.

We used metal to cover up some broken concrete on the side. We also used a metal plate so the door wouldn’t be so large and heavy. The stairs pretty much went straight down so there was no worry about anybody hitting their head on the plate as they walked down.

If your RN cellar door is stuck or locking from the inside, then consider having it replaced with one of our doors. The latching device is controlled from the inside and outside so you can’t lock yourself out.
