I’ve been thinking about how many people are holding in their bodies…
stress, emotion and tension that hasn’t been processed.
Overthinking won’t move it.
Avoiding it won’t clear it.
This is where we move it out of the body.
This is nervous system work.
It’s intentional, guided, and deeply held.

I want to share (and not forget this beautiful moment)
I was in self checkout buying protein powder and almond milk when I heard someone call out my name a couple of times. It was a former High School student many years back I use to train / her and her team. She said, “I don’t know if you remember me, but…. “
I do remember her… She was laser focused, very talented… skilled… a beautiful go-getter, achiever…
She looked happy standing there in her all dark clothes, nose pierced and soooo kind and respectful.
I often wish I could have done more for those students… I was donating 1-2 hours, a day sometimes to the athletic teams that came in… I wish I was a little softer then… wiser…. I wish a lot of things.
I hope you enjoy this reel.
Why dilute the message… If I took the time to share… why cut it up in bite size pieces to be digestible.
I’m working on sharing content daily as my way of showing up, being vulnerable, letting you into my life and what I do….
I remember this moment clearly… as if it was yesterday. I think that’s a testament of choosing what YOU WANT to remember… We have the ability choose our turn trigger moments; they do not have to be moments of TRAUMA that define us… They can be be beautiful, positive moments that DEFINE how we move forward in our life.
I think the measures you will go to heal yourself… and THEN heal your relationship to blood ties says a lot about a person… While it’s easier to walk away from blood family or stay in toxic cycles… in actuality it is not… You block yourself, your life force, the energy you bring to the planet…
Little known fact… I packed BIOCOFFEE to India… to Nepal… and across Spain on the Camino de Santiago… and I shared my packets.. splitting them in half and into thirds because I love BIOCOFEE so much…. Sharing thoughts over coffee over a breakfast drink feels natural to me…

This may not make it very far…. Because this app has boundaries already set up to deter this form of introspective thoughts… There were times when we could sit and share our thoughts… not get upset… not take things personally to the point of feeling attacked… we could articulate thoughts without having to water them down to make it digestible.
If you stayed to the end… maybe commented your thoughts in a non-hostile manner… tagged someone or shared it to your story… you are part of that ripple effect I spoke about towards the end…
Conversations may start off rocky… but through more open conversations deeper connections come… I’m not trying to convince others or put others against others… I’m showing up here… the way I would at my kitchen table with my daughters…
I had an exceptional dinner last night with two people that came to my class; the conversation flowed was open… we ended up standing outside continuing the conversation… it was conversation; not sides… not forced or watered down. I’d like to see more of that here… in my life…
