Update on our phones we now have phones back and can again accept credit cards feel free to call or stop in to schedule your appointment we appreciate everyone’s business and patience without our customers we wouldn’t be here we are very fortunate

Update to our customers we now have an alternate number you can call until our shop phone is repaired we are supposed to have the shop phone fixed tomorrow but just in case from here forward we have an alternate number that can now be used as well 570-767-3999 will be a secondary number for Ellis Auto Repair we are sorry for all the inconvenience in the past week we have repeatedly called frontier to try to get our phones back up and have been repeatedly told they where sending someone and no one shows up this is unacceptable for our local businesses to be left for a week with no phone. We apologize to our customers that have been trying to get ahold of us for appointments. We definitely appreciate your business in the past and in the future we will continue to try to keep our customers up and running no matter the circumstances we will always find a way. Thank you all for your continuous business and most of all thanks for your understanding.

Just want to let our customers know we currently have no phones at this time due to the paving crew on Route 29 managed to rip down the phone wires on last Thursday afternoon we have calls into Frontier for repairs and where told no one can come out until Wednesday July 5th so at this current time we can’t take calls or credit card payments until repairs are made we are very sorry for any inconvenience we are open for business and trying to manage things as best as possible we will be closed on July 4th

To all of our faithful and loyal customers here at Ellis Auto Repair we are asking our customers due to the fact we had a vehicle stolen from our lot between Friday May 5th and Saturday morning May 6th 2023 If you drop your vehicle off for repairs at our shop please make sure you lock your vehicle and drop your keys in the key drop in one of our overhead garage doors all three doors have round doors in the lower left hand corners when you are standing in front of the doors we are sorry for any inconvenience. Pa state police where notified and are currently working on this matter. Thank your for your business and we appreciate the loyalty.
