This right here! This is exactly why we do what we do and what makes everything worth it!
All the hours of writing custom meal plans, planning workout programs, texting back and forth with clients. It’s all SO worth it when you see clients not only achieve, but EXCEED their goals!
The key thing here, is these guys FOLLOWED the plan 100%. When clients do this simple thing, the results speak for themselves.
Diet plans and working out are not rocket science and these two gentlemen absolutely killed it!
Jacob from Houston, TX lost over 20lbs and got in amazing shape. Dude got cut! All while being married and raising two young kids and working full time as a Firefighter!
Nolan from Kansas gained almost a full 10lbs of SOLID MUSCLE! While improving all of his max lifts to Personal Records (PR.)
