Six days ago, I put frozen WINCH beef and ice in a YETI cooler as an experiment.
This isn’t a YETI commercial… but six days later, the beef is still frozen.
Good beef. Good cooler. I’d call that a success.
Part 3… the jerky is on the smoker and looking good. 🔥
Now it’s just a matter of patience.
