9 Minutes Part Cinco "Whatcha Got?"
If you haven't used the "Marco Polo" app, you should. I have been friends with a group of fantastic women since elementary school. We don't live close to each other, so we use an app called 'Marco Polo" to communicate with each other. The app gives you the ability to have different tabs for different conversations. One of our tabs is "Whatcha Got" where we show each other our purchases. So today I'm including you in my "Whatcha Got" tab by showing you my oil paintings purchases.
Yes, I'm rambling and normally I would edit this out but I'm trying to be kind to my brain and spend as little time as possible editing. So, lucky you, you're getting the unedited version😂🤣. Come back tomorrow for more rambling😭 and keep growing my friends😘.

My color palette is dissonant. If you know anything about me, know this- I don't give up easily. I will fight with this painting until I resolve this palette and it succumbs to my will 😂😂. Here's to the long journey ahead of me 🍹.

9 Minutes
What can you do in 9 minutes?? A lot. I made a 9 minute video. So I'm going to chop it up into small segments because 9 minutes is just too dang long.. for some things 😂. This is the first of three, to maybe six, videos that I will make from that 9 minute video. So if you notice that I have on the same earrings , you are correct. INSPIRATION
I'm often asked from where my inspiration comes. That's a hard question to answer. I've talked about how difficult it is for me to pick colors for a pallet. So far the composition of a painting is not that difficult for me. It's the color palette part that often stumps me.

I like to take colors from nature and sometimes I even dream about colors. My long time friends know about the strange and vivid dreams that I have had all my life.

Today's piece is inspired by a bouquet that my Hunka Burnin Love gave me in combination with a dinner napkin that I saved from a party at my friend, Mike's, house a couple of years ago.

I never know when inspiration will strike.

HELP!
I need your help. 2 years ago I was in a car accident and suffered a Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI). Consequently I have continual debilitating migraines, vertigo, nausea, tinnitus and some other lesser symptoms.

Over the last several months, I've had fewer migraines which was fantastic! However, I've had a migraine every day, all day, for 3 out of the last 4 week's.

I've seen many doctors and they say that this is just going to be my way of life from now on. I refuse to accept that because I know there is someone out there who has experienced the same thing that I am experiencing and has found a cure!

I also believe that I can use social media to help me find the people that have found a cure.

This might sound crazy to you to ask for advice from strangers on the internet however, at this point, I'm willing to risk it.

On that note, please do not offer to sell me a magic pill or potion. I'm not stupid.

Here is where I need your help. If you have experienced TBI-induced migraines or know someone that has, please comment below or forward this video to them.

If you have found a cure, please comment below. Please let me know what the cure is and where you found it. If you don't feel comfortable sharing that information in the comment section please message me.

I named this diptych "Perseverance" because it took me 4 to 5 weeks to complete. I experienced 3 weeks of non-stop migraine headaches during this time.
