So cool!!! Support the Milam County Sheriff's Department!

We are extremely grateful to have the support of former Texas A&M Head Football Coach R.C. Slocum and want to thank him for supporting the Brown Santa Program.

This special Aggie helmet will be auctioned off at the conclusion of our golf tournament this Saturday in Rockdale! Coach mentioned that he will personalize this helmet to the winner of the auction.

It means a great deal to have someone like Coach Slocum support our program and our mission of helping provide Christmas gifts for children from low-income families throughout Milam County.

Thank you, Coach!

Just came across the before picture. I forgot what it looked like! Ask me about the coziest place to stay in Cameron, Texas.

One detail about Abraham has always fascinated me.

God promised him a land that would belong to his descendants forever.

Yet Abraham never built a palace there.

Hebrews 11 tells us that Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob lived in tents as strangers in the land because they were looking forward to **"the city with foundations, whose architect and builder is God."**

Imagine that.

The man who received the promise never became too attached to what was temporary because his eyes were fixed on something eternal.

It's a good reminder for me.

Whether we live in a tiny apartment, a fixer-upper, or our dream home, our address on earth is only temporary.

Our real citizenship is in heaven.

May we hold tightly to Christ and loosely to everything else.
