‼️24th Annual Youth Fishing Derby‼️
Presented by A to Z Foundation Group and Gold Star GMC of Salinas.
This family-friendly event takes place Saturday, April 25, 2026, from 6 a.m. to noon at Del Venturi Reservoir located on Fort Hunter Liggett.
Young anglers are invited to enjoy a morning of fishing, fun and friendly competition.

Congratulations to Venturing Crew 122 for completing another awesome super activity. Venturing crew 122 is the largest venturing crew in Silicon Valley Monterey Bay Council and just completed its July session of the White Stag Youth Leadership Training. Over 300 youth attended the July training camp with almost 1000 people attending the camp Graduation in South Monterey County . Job well done Crew 122.

Happy National Boy Scout Day! It has been 113 years since the Boy Scouts of America has been founded and a lot has changed! The Cub Scout program didn't even start until 1930! And we have had over 2 million Eagle Scouts nationwide! We want to celebrate everyone who has contributed to the success of our Council and helped give our Scouts a great Scouting experience! Thank you!
