This role is a full-time position that reports directly to the Front Desk Lead, while also working closely with other key members of the team.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The successful candidate must be able to confidently handle a 2 provider schedule, high volume of patient phone calls and scheduling appointments, collect patient payments, verify insurance benefits, etc in a fast-paced environment.

Bilingual Spanish speaking is a plus.

Business hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Some weekend or after hours training may be required on rare occasions.

Our ideal candidate has:

Excellent organizational and customer service skills.

Attention to detail.

Dependable, honest, can exercise good judgment and maintain patient confidentiality.

Exceptional computer and phone skills.

Team player and excellent communication skills.

Some previous medical office experience is ideal but NO experience is necessary. Hands on training is provided
