Had the honor of cooking with the culinary legend back in 2018 but nothing compares to being able to share our love story and meeting another icon the great pastry chef .
The stories and opportunities they've paved for our generation of chefs and the future to come is priceless!.
Even better was the love and energy in the room as they shock hands and made other customers/tables around them feel like everyone was part of the kitchen culture!! .
P.S serving Jacques a chocolate dessert is one of the most nerve wrecking things till this day, but he approved!! 🤞🏾❤️
