🥉 California 🥹
Really proud of this one. I’ve put in a lot of work in the early part of the year to be target some of the early season races and it paid off this week in a big way.
Sunday was one of those races where everything just came together perfectly, bike setup was dialed, legs were great, nailed the nutrition, and committed to going solo 10 miles out from our group of 3 to lock in 3rd.
Congrats to and .sherwell for 1 and 2 spots. And thanks to and for being the best chase group companions.
Thank you also to all our partners that provide me the opportunity and ability to compete in these events:

Racing my 4th CA this weekend, for the first time on a gravel bike and first time with tires wider than 35 🫡
One thing that hasn’t changed is running 2x. I feel truly lucky as a shimano athlete to have two very good off road groupset options: 1x for the chunky, muddy stuff, and 2x when conditions favor the efficiency gains.
Excited for this one!

Kind of a wild day last week!
I went into this race with curiosity. Curious about what I could do with a different kind of fitness and the best training block I’ve had to date.
Everything was going well (like really well) for the first 15 miles, I was in the group holding pace on the climbs and keeping up on the descents. But then on a paved descent I hit a massive pot hole going about 45 mph. I felt it and thought no way I’m getting away with that. Sure enough about 1 mile late my rear tire was flat.
Not knowing what the damage was I stopped strategically at the top of a hill with co2 ready, inflated the tire, and started riding. I had one chance to make it back to the group and I wanted to take it. By some induced miracle the tire held air. After the race I learned that pothole had cracked the bead of my rim, which I rode very aggressively for another 65 miles. A testament to the quality of .road wheels — the speed and force of that impact would likely have imploded weaker carbon.
Luckily .allison and .m.campbell were just up the road from me so after catching up to them we worked together to get back to the group. That alone felt like a big accomplishment… but unfortunately paid for that effort on the little Moab climb and lost contact.
I rode the best I could in the circumstances and I’m proud of my performance. I don’t know if my mechanical issues impacted the end result that much, but I’m a bit sad I didn’t get a clear run at trying to make the selection.
I’m 7th in the wildcard standings going into Unbound, and I know better than most that race can massively shake things up 😅.
Thank you to , , and for the most dialed feeds, and to all our partners for amazing support 🫶🏼

The new PI Red collection drops today and I am so excited for this to be out in the wild!!
I’m kinda blown away at how pulled this off. The goal of PI red is to deliver long ride comfort without the high price tag, and truly the team blew it out of the park.
The PI Red bibs are some of the most comfortable I’ve ridden in — I’ve tested this chamois on 5 hour gravel rides, multiple shootouts, long trainer rides etc, and it’s actually one of the most high quality chamois I’ve ridden in. The bibs also feature an easy to use drop tail (non negotiable) and all that FOR ONLY $180?!
The jersey is a super nice fit too, and features compression + cooling material.
Shop now at the link in my bio, trust me it’s worth it 🙌🏻
