There is a reason the Ocean Strike looks like a Maldives lagoon and tastes like a coastal dream. Created right here in the Montrio kitchen by our bar team, this cocktail is an exercise in elusive flavors—think clarified gin for a creamy texture, blue spirulina for that shimmering turquoise hue, and a hint of Mediterranean Italicus.
We were honored to have of dive into the "reverie" of this drink. But the best part? It’s a cocktail with a conscience. For every Ocean Strike enjoyed, $1 goes directly to supporting our local youth soccer nonprofits through our partnership with Monterey Bay FC.
