Supported by the American Culinary federation,and Sponsors. The Chowder event is embedded in the Monterey Wine Festival. White wines will be sampled in this area, Other food products and samples are available as well as the sample chowders from all the famous chefs, purchasing the chowder by scoop will also be available. Do you remember these guys from last year? They produced some pretty outstanding calamari dishes that everyone raved about.
