Located 1 mile above Cannery Row and the Monterey Bay Aquarium, with peeks of the ocean through the trees, and quaint downtown Pacific Grove less than 1.5 miles away, Alice House welcomes you to all that the Monterey Peninsula has to offer. Close to local beaches, including Lover’s Point, the Monterey Recreation Trail for walking or biking along the ocean, the Pebble Beach Golf Course, and monarch butterfly sanctuaries, plus it’s just a short commute to CHOMP, DLI, and Presidio of Monterey.

Given the 30-day minimum requirement for City of Monterey, Alice House is set up for traveling professionals, students, longer term vacations, and those with home repairs in their primary residence or who are escaping weather events.

The home is a lovely, vintage-turned-modern one (1) bedroom, two (2) bath cottage that sleeps up to 4. The family room/office has a comfortable queen sleeper sofa and can easily be used as a second bedroom.

Soak up Monterey Bay views from the front living room, dining room, and provided chairs in the enclosed front yard while you listen to waves crashing in the distance.
