BrowStudio is 100% committed to the health and safety of our team and guests. As part of our commitment, we have made some updates and changes to our regular processes as recommended by the CDC and City guidelines.

FOR OUR GUESTS

➡️ Pre-screening
We have a pre-screening form mandated by the city guidelines to assure our guests are safe and healthy prior to their appointment.

➡️ Car-Waiting room
We ask that you arrive on time to your appointment, if you come early, you will be asked to wait in your car if our estheticians are not ready for you yet.

➡️ No Gloves
We will ask that you leave your gloves in the car, and our staff will have a hand-washing station and hand sanitizer available to you.

➡️ Mask Required
As mandated by the city, masks are required in all public buildings. If you arrive without a mask, there will be masks on sale for $1, otherwise we will have to reschedule your appointment.

➡️ Screening
Upon arrival, you will be screened with a no-touch temperature thermometer.

➡️ Guests with company
To follow 6'ft apart guideline, we ask that you come alone to your appointment, otherwise your company will be asked to wait in the car or in the seats reserved outside.

➡️ If you are feeling ill before your visit, we ask that you please cancel your visit.

If you are feeling ill before your appointment, we ask that you cancel or reschedule your appointment. We will not charge for cancellations.

➡️ Late Appointments
If you are planning to be 10-15min late, please let our team know via text or call at (562)685-5633.

We will dedicate your reserved appointment time to you, but because we are on a schedule, our team cannot guarantee all services to be finished if there is scheduled appointment after you.

This is a difficult message for us to write. Even though California announced certain touch services will be open starting today Friday, June 19th, though BrowStudio will continue to remain closed.

Though we have many precautions and safety standards in place, We're still in the process of putting sanitization processes for your safety and the safety of our employees.⁠ We will continue to keep our studio closed. We strongly believe that it is irresponsible and dangerous to allow high touch services like eyebrow threading to reopen, while confirmed COVID-19 cases and deaths continue to rise. ⁠

We have always set the bar high for best-in-class sanitization practice- even prior to this pandemic. Using hand sanitizer and sterilizing all of our tools and work areas are embedded in our brand DNA. ⁠

Looking ahead, we plan on raising the bar even higher by eliminating unnecessary touch-points, screening all guests, requiring face masks for our employees and guests, and removing our waiting areas. ⁠

As you know, our services require extremely close proximity to our client's faces and intimate areas. This proximity puts our customers and employees at greater risk of contracting and spreading the virus. When we feel it's safe we will reopen and welcome you and your family back. ❤️⁠

We miss everyone dearly, and this obviously affects our bottom line. However, we will not put a price on human life. If we rush to open without solving some of these basic issues as an industry, safety is at risk—yours and ours. ⁠
